
Hi, I’m Melanie joy
Since first stepping onto the mat in 2016, I’ve felt that yoga was more than a practice - it was a homecoming to myself.
What began as a way to support my mental health soon became a sacred path of self-discovery, guiding me through anxiety, stress, and life’s challenges with a new sense of presence, clarity, and peace.
Drawn to yoga’s roots, I spent years exploring the spiritual traditions of India - immersing myself in yoga, meditation, and pranayama (breathwork) as a daily way of life. In 2024, I followed my heart to Rishikesh, India, where I completed my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Rishikesh Yoga Association, studying Hatha and Ashtanga yoga while deepening my meditation and breathwork practices. In 2025, I expanded my expertise with an Advanced Meditation Instructor certification through Health & Harmony Colleges.
My journey has taught me that true transformation happens when we connect deeply with ourselves - mind, body, and soul. Through mindful meditation, restorative yoga, intentional breathwork, and soulful coaching, I help clients move beyond self-doubt, release what no longer serves them, and return to the truth of who they are.
I believe we all have the ability to reclaim our inner peace and cultivate a self-love that feels unwavering and eternal. My role is to guide you back to that place within - where you feel grounded, whole, and free to live as your authentic self.
Whether we meet on the mat, in meditation, or through coaching, I’ll hold a space where you can rediscover your own wisdom, step fully into your power, and create a life aligned with your heart.
My Approach
I create a safe, compassionate space for you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your true authentic self. Blending the wisdom of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and self-love coaching, I guide you through practices that release tension, quiet the mind, and open the heart. My approach is intuitive and heart-led - meeting you exactly where you are, while gently supporting you to move toward the life and inner peace you desire.
Meditation
I guide my clients through a soulful practice of breathwork and a visualisation meditation - for them to gain inner peace and to connect with their true selves; mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Coaching
With over a decade of personal development and spiritual growth, I understand the depths of limited self-worth and non-existent self-love.
Now, my approach is to gently guide others on their self-realisation journey - through ancient practices and modern guidance.
